Our form will guide you on the different information we need to receive

• DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE

  – Bill of Lading / Air waybill / CMR or other consignment note
  – Commercial invoice supporting value and terms of sale / purchase
  – Freight invoice
  – Packing list
  – Correspondence holding the carriers and other third parties responsible and any reply
  – Photographs (if applicable)
  – Repair estimates (if applicable)
